Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, R4B Performance Management/FP&A, will be a finance lead for R4B IoT & Enterprise Services portfolio. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the reporting, planning and business analysis for our group.

What you’ll be doing:
– Run month end process for IoT – Participate in preparation of budget and forecast process.
– Lead the analysis of weekly/monthly results and issuing required reports and reconciliations.
– Communicate and advise business partners on current portfolio performance (profitability and related metrics)
– Work closely with Business primes to support achievement of financial targets and identify business risks – Ensure integrity of data in models and reports, while thinking about new and innovative ways to make existing reports more efficient and effective.
– Proactive identification of value added reporting and analysis as well as areas of focus for risks and opportunities
– Continuously streamline, improve, and innovate processes while maintaining documentation
– Develop new and/or enhance existing processes to improve forecast accuracy and performance management.
– Support the Sr. Manager in ensuring financial objectives are being met and that all relevant financial processes and procedures are being adhered to
– Provided ad hoc – Lead special projects / ad-hoc assignments as required

What you have:
– University Degree and accounting/finance designation (MBA/CPA/CMA/CGA/CA/CFA) is required
– Strong financial background with 3-5 years of progressive experience within finance
– Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles with IFRS perspective, excellent analytical capabilities, and strong process documentation skills
– Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
– Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and modeling skills required
– Experience with reporting languages and automation programs is an asset (VBA, SAS, SQL, MS PowerQuery)
– Strong business acumen and IoT industry knowledge / experience is an asset
– A strong track record of being able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritization of tasks, with a focus on quality and details.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction with all levels of company management and personnel.
– Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and Essbase an asset
