Job description: Our client, located 20 minutes South of Woodstock, is looking for a Manager FP&A to join their team! Reporting to the CFO, this role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and standard cost accounting while managing one direct report. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in both FP&A and cost accounting. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic organization!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
• Manage variance analysis and internal variance reports
• Assist cost accountant with standard costing
• Manage and coordinate monthly process for generating financial statements
• Streamline cost and cash flow models
• Ad hoc analysis to assist in management decision making and modelling

• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A & cost accounting
• Coming from manufacturing or agriculture industry
• CPA considered an asset
• Intermediate Excel skills
