Position Purpose
Manages a group of IT professionals (technical and/or web support team) engaged in the provision of computing and technical support services. To this end, the position plans, organizes controls and evaluates operations, establishes plans, procedures and service standards and ensures the team has the human, financial and technical resources required to deliver and support efficient services. Is responsible for systems and applications on which the service business operations are completely independent. The position has full responsibility, authority and accountability for the short and long term planning, evaluation and overall maintenance of the management of the information systems within the assigned faculty/servic
Essential Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT operations and leading a team of IT

Temporary assignment or contract of 8 months until September 27 2021, with possibility of renewal. Eligibility to benefits and union affiliation will be determined upon hiring.
