Reporting to the Vice President, TELUS Health Care Centers, you will be a critical member of the THCC Leadership team. You will lead a team of seasoned marketing experts and collaborate with your peers (inside the Care Centers and across TELUS Health) in Clinic Operations, Strategy & Digital Health, Sales and Marketing to create a winning marketing strategy, a strategy that will anticipate the needs of our patients and customers and drive the organizations growth objectives and market expansion opportunities across Canada. Our results-oriented marketing team is dedicated to creating and delivering innovative and data-driven go-to-market marketing strategies and programs to drive new customer acquisition and engagement. If you have a proven Marketing track record in B2C and B2B, thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment, this might be the role for you.

We are looking for someone who:

Has deep expertise architecting and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional and next-generation mediums

Is a flexible and curious self-starter, habitually exceeding expectations and naturally pushing boundaries

Utilizes the power of data to inform decisions, loves problem solving and is driven by getting things done

Is a compelling communicator, persuasive storyteller and a big thinker: strategic, critical and creative

Believes in the importance of proper program planning, and flawless execution and delivery

Can easily toggle between leading and doing with a knack for influencing peers and partners

What you will be doing:

Building, executing, managing and reporting on strategic lead generation and engagement programs

Develop integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and drive program and service adoption for current customers

Creating and delivering measurable programs that are increasingly personalized through analytics and marketing automation programs, in addition to traditional mediums

Collaborating with the Care Centre Leadership team to determine needs, learn new innovations/product features and use feedback to inform campaigns.

Collaborating with other business units and peers to develop cross-promote / sell TELUS Health products and services

Developing customer communication programs and new acquisition customer programs through a variety of mediums, including inbound marketing, to engage and nurture prospects and current clients, with a central focus on building a solid customer journey and experience

Working with our business strategy team to enable qualitative and quantitative customer research for effective programs, insights and positioning

Leading quarterly planning, monthly dashboards and marketing performance analysis

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience including a mix of B2B and B2C marketing communication role

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience

Experience in health, pharmaceutical or insurance sectors is a strong asset

Experience in establishing processes for lead generation, with a focus on building an inbound strategy including knowledge of best practices for setting up lead nurture campaigns.

Experience with digital marketing customer engagement programs and strategies using Salesforce, Google Analytics, Contentful, Qualtrics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and using other Marketing tools

Experience with Account based marketing

Strong messaging and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling

Bilingual English/French considered an asset
