Job description: Are you looking to work with an organization that will recognize your efforts? Robert Half is seeking Manager of Finance to join a well respected and reputable organization. In this position, you will engage in a diverse range of daily activities, including but not limited to reviewing and/or preparing relevant ledger entries and reconciliations, managing the general ledger system, generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and providing support for regulatory reporting as needed.

This is an on-site role that offers an exceptional benefits package including pension options.

Responsibilities:

– Financial Reporting

– Supporting and potentially taking the lead in preparing and managing year-end audit procedures

– Routine accounting tasks

– Managing Accounts Receivable

– Contributing to the annual budget and forecast preparation

– Overseeing Accounts Payable

– Lead, encourage and mentor the accounting team

– Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

– Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts

– Other related ad-hoc activities as necessary

Qualifications:

– CPA Professional designation

– 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

– Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities

– Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

– Exceptional oral and written communication skills

– Ability to facilitate and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

– Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

– Expertise in budget forecasting

– Monthly Statements experience

– Ability to multi-task

– Foundational knowledge in month end closings

– Comprehensive knowledge of Budget Processes

– Fluently bilingual in both official languages considered a preferred asset

– Experience in a healthcare or similar environment a strong asset
