Responsibilities of the Finance Manager is as follows:
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to OSFI, CDIC, and Statistics Canada
- Ensure reports adhere to relevant guidelines and reporting standards
- Analyze financial data for accuracy, identify trends, and suggest process improvements
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, inform senior management, and align reporting practices with current guidelines
- Coordinate regulatory reporting with auditors, providing documentation and addressing any audit findings
