The role of Manager Transfer – Agriculture is for you!
This position falls under the Corporate Transfer Department. The location will be determined based on the place of residence of the selected candidate.
In your role, you will:
- Identify and develop business opportunities in your market and establish business development strategies
- Collaborate with the agricultural sales force to supervise business transfer transactions.
- Assist entrepreneurs in the transition of their business to family members, management or external interests
- Propose financial strategies in the context of mergers and acquisitions based on an optimal combination of products and services offered by the Bank
- Ensure you meet the evolving needs of customers by adapting and optimizing financial products and sales approaches
- Negotiate the terms of agreements with clients by ensuring that they meet the risk management standards and profitability criteria sought
- Develop sales and business development plans
- Assist the Associate Vice-President, Business Services, in achieving objectives
- Work with the Director of Financing Solutions and the Wealth Management Advisor

Qualifications
According to your academic background, ten years of experience in business development and sales in the Agricultural financial sector:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
- Experience in analyzing financial statements
- Experience in business mergers and acquisitions, an asset
- Network of professional contacts established with actors in the agricultural sector
- Experience in business valuation, an asset
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English, mandatory
