The Role
Our Marketing team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts by assisting with the planning, execution, and promotion of webinars, events, and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, including logistics, scheduling, and speaker coordination
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events through email, social media, and website updates
- Coordinate event collateral and swag, including development, printing, and shipping
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Assist with webinar moderation, post-production, and presenter training
- Segment event lists and manage follow-up activities
- Help develop content such as emails, presentations, social posts, short videos, and blogs
- Schedule content across multiple channels including email, blog, social media
- Monitor performance of events and social media and provide insights for optimization
- Assist with managing marketing projects using Notion/Asana/HubSpot
- Provide additional support to the marketing team as needed
What you’ll bring
- 2 years experience
- Excellent project management, time management, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
- Open minded and eager to learn
- Solution-oriented self starter, open to adjusting tactics and executing in a rapidly changing work environment
- Experience in a high growth startup to scaleup environment
- Experience in marketing Enterprise or Mid Market B2B software to a senior buyer in Human Resources/L&D is a plus
The base salary range for this role is: $56,000 to $83,000
