As a Marketing Manager for Precision Land Management, you will represent the New Holland brand strategy for Precision Solutions in the North American region, delivering best-in-class products and services to the market by championing the voice of the customer. We are seeking an individual who brings ambition, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities; confirm the business case & value propositions throughout the brand’s product lines
• Interface between the market and Product Development teams, driving the development of enhanced product portfolio and solutions
• Ensure new product launch success through the region
• Analyze data and provide fact-based marketing recommendations to ensure quarterly and annual programs as well as pricing tactics support
• Serve as an expert for product line, business intelligence & market trends
• Act in conjunction with the group responsible for providing training to all internal personnel
• Coordinate with peers in our three key market segments (Cash Crop, Dairy & Livestock, Rural Lifestyle/Specialty) to support Precision Agriculture and the brand and technology initiatives
• Evaluate data from the field to craft campaigns that improve our dealers capabilities surrounding PLM products
• Work with Marketing Communications to provide timely delivery of marketing materials that directly support the segment / sales needs and market share targets.
• Develop and deliver all required internal and dealer marketing and support materials
• Collaborate with Commercial Marketing to develop product related communications, promotional materials dealer / customer facing assets, photo-shoots, technical writing and trade shows

The salary offered for this position will most likely fall within the $75,000 to $102,000 range, and is based on several factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Engineering, Marketing or related, with at least two (2) years of related experience OR
• Associates’ degree with at least five (5) years of related experience, OR
• HS Diploma with at least seven (7) years of related experience
• Ability to travel at least 25% (global travel is possible)
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting
