Job title: Mental Health Therapist
Job description: Your Opportunity:
Hinton is the gateway to a treasure trove of outdoor adventure, whether it be in Jasper National Park, the Provincial Parks paradise known as the Alberta Northern Rockies, or out and about on the vast stretches of nearby crown land. Our backyard is a mecca for hikers, bikers, skiers, hunters, fishers and quadders – not to mention the rock climbers, white water rafters, canoers and kayakers. Hinton is right on the Greenbrier and New River and Bluestone Lake. These opportunities present many benefits for water recreation, and we have some of the best smallmouth bass fishing in the area. This position is housed at the Addiction and Mental Health clinic in Hinton and works collaboratively with other AHS teams. Provisionals are encouraged to apply as CAP and ACSW supervision is available free with a two-year service agreement. We’ll provide support for your transition, training and mentorship. This position may qualify for a $5,000 to $25,000 Recruitment Incentive. Please visit https://www.rcif-alberta.ca/hsaa for more details.
