This position is perfect for candidates who aren’t afraid to get creative in dealing with warm leads and do whatever it takes to convert these leads to close the deal. What you’ll do:
- Convert sales leads and manage relationships to turn interested people into superfans of the MogoMortgage product
- Utilize your skills as a Mortgage professional to consistently exceed sales and conversion targets
- Liaise with customers for necessary information, analysis, and negotiations associated with their mortgages
- Review loan documents to ensure compliance and accuracy of loan details in respective jurisdiction of each customer
- Interpret and translate products, concepts, and the legalities of a mortgage application to customers using simple and easy-to-understand language
- Measure and report on funded volumes and funded ratios
What you’ll need:
- An active Mortgage Broker license in ON, MB, AB, BC or a combination thereof
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales-focused role
- Proven track record of success in all aspects of sales – generating leads, closing deals, and SELLING!
- In-depth knowledge of personal lending, relationship sales and management
- Experience using Filogix Expert, Microsoft Dynamics and Morweb
- A passion for being creative and selling an innovative solution to help Mogo grow and develop the business
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working in a high volume and dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
