Job description: On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

My client specializes in ground freight transportation that has no limitations of industry or products when it comes to transportation. Their versatile services of dry vans, specialized freight (Oversized, dimensional, overweight), temperature control, etc allows them to overcome any challenges to provide the best customer experience and service! They have an amazing 99.02% pick-up time and 99.07% on-time delivery with a .001% claim rate.
Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their National Account Manager team to help generate and grow their Enterprise business.

About you:

  • Looking for a candidate who is outgoing, energetic, friendly, team-oriented, coachable, and a strong communicator.
  • A confident, motivated, and driven individual who can handle a full sales cycle to close net new business.
  • This is a career role not just any job. New Grads are welcome!
  • Someone who has been in a competitive environment such as a previous athlete would be a bonus.
  • This candidate must be able to come into the office 5 days a week.
  • Must have a valid passport and valid license with no criminal record.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • This is an in-office role that will require you to be in the Toronto East office every day.
  • This will be a full sales cycle role prospecting net new enterprise accounts across North America and Mexico to build a successful portfolio.
  • National Account Managers will need to identify opportunities to engage with potential clients and build relationships to earn the trust of accounts to generate net new business.
  • You will be primarily going after the key decision makers who hold the title of transportation managers, logistics managers, C-level of procurement, supply chain, and VP of purchasing.
  • 7+ touchpoints to close a deal on average.
  • Leveraging CRM systems and tools such as ZoomInfo & Hubspot to track and support all lead generation.
  • With this role, you will have the opportunity to meet clients in person to help expand the growth of an account. Many visits happen in year 2, but there is potential that this can happen in year 1. This will be dependent on the size and opportunity of the account.
