The Network Implementation Manager will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with managers to plan network changes, setting timelines and tasks for setups, relocations, and closures.
  • Ensure networks are set up on time and locations are ready for business operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate cost-effective contracts, and resolve provisioning issues.
  • Solve problems in deployments and coordinate solutions with technical teams and vendors.
  • Track and control provisioning costs, maintaining inventory records and reporting summaries to management.
  • Act as the main business contact for branch requests, coordinating technical setups and support
  • Procure hardware, request quotes, and schedule vendor activities in coordination with business contacts.
  • Provide expert technical support for branch services, covering networks, devices, and telephony.
  • Understand network technology, manage circuit diversity, and handle hardware setups and configurations.

The required qualifications for the Network Implementation Manager are:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in network setup and support for networking devices, including wireless LAN networks, access switches, switch and IAP configuration, print services, fax analogue connectivity, and telephony.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer-facing roles with strong coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with firewall rules, network security, and active directory.
  • Proficiency in managing network service-related finances.
  • Ability to establish and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Excellent track record in managing network-related projects.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
  • Experience working with IT, Infrastructure, and Finance teams.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting, coordination, and engaging vendors.
