Job description: Polycrete Restorations Ltd. is a full-service structural restoration & waterproofing company. Our projects include shopping centers, parkades, industrial structures, civil works, heritage buildings, bridges and more.
We are looking to hire an Office Administrative Assistant.
The position is full time, 40 hours per week. It is based out of 202-204 Cayer Street, Coquitlam, BC V3K 5B1, which is also our business address.
The position pays $55,000 per annum. You will also receive extended health benefits, prescription drugs, dental coverage and 2 weeks’ vacation.
The duties of the Office Administrative Assistant are to:
- Answer client inquiries;
- Coordinate with estimators;
- Set up and maintain employee and project files electronically;
- Maintain equipment maintenance, insurance and licensing schedule;
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence;
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material;
- Scheduling;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations;
- Train staff in procedures and in use of current software; and
- Maintain company manuals in English and Punjabi.
The requirements of the position are:
- Completion of post-secondary education; and
- English language proficiency;
- Highly proficient computer and software skills;
- Previous clerical experience; and
- Previous experience performing the above referenced duties.
