An Edmonton client is searching for an Office Coordinator to join their team.
Office Coordinator Highlights:
· Serve as the primary administrative support for the Executive Assistant, undertaking tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
· Take charge of general office management and coordination duties, ensuring smooth operations within the workplace.
· Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering exceptional reception services with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
· Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in a personable and polite manner.
· Maintain a cheerful and outgoing disposition, fostering a positive atmosphere within the office environment.
· Uphold a customer service-oriented mindset, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Execute administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail, including data entry, filing, and document management.
· Coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments, managing schedules and logistics effectively.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
· Utilize MS Office suite and SharePoint for various administrative functions, including document creation, organization, and sharing.
· Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 3-5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or coordination role.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
· Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Office Coordinator Hours & Wage
· 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
· $55,000 – $60,000/year
