About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating deliveries across Canada. Logistics is at the heart of our organization, and you will be in constant communication with various stakeholders to optimize the last-mile delivery for our customers. Working alongside your peers, you will own the day-to-day logistics piece by coordinating the entire delivery process using effective communication and analytical skills.

What you will be doing:

• Act as “Traffic Control” by planning and coordinating efficient delivery routes and balancing operational efficiency and customer expectations.
• Absorb and analyze evolving amounts of information to make sound decisions and often changing plans as complications arise.
• Respond and resolve issues using standard operating procedures, your best judgement, and escalating as necessary with the appropriate discretion.
• Predict future problems and implement steps to minimize the impact on our customers.
• Creative problem solving to ensure the customers’ experience is top-of-mind.
• Act as a liaison between customer service, operations, and the warehousing team.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
