About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for an Accounting clerk to join their growing team on a part time basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Enter credits
- Review batches of purchase invoices
- Invoice vendors
- Enter recurring monthly invoices
- Payment to suppliers
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare month end journal entries
- Complete monthly reconciliations as needed
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- At least 1 year of experience in similar role
- Strong data entry skills
About the Job
This position is onsite and is between 20-25 hours per week.
