Job title: Parts Person – Agriculture
Job description: Brandt Agriculture is currently seeking a Parts Person – Agriculture for our Regina location. This position is responsible for placing customer orders throughout our network of locations spanning from coast to coast. Brandt has a rigorous and comprehensive training program to educate on products, terminology, and techniques necessary to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy and have the ability to quickly adapt to multiple web applications and technical programs and resources. Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset, but not necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide pricing and inventory shipping times to customers
- Assisting customers by navigating multiple parts lookup programs
- Providing assistance for other Brandt field staff members
- Dealing with multiple vendors to provide the customers with various options
- Continuous training to maintain the highest level of service
- Assisting other departments to achieve a harmonious working environment
- Various other duties as assigned
