Job title: Payroll Validation/Data Entry Clerk
Job description: We are currently hiring a full-time Payroll Validation/Data Entry Clerk to join our client’s team at their Transportation facility in Mississauga
Pay: $22.60/hour
Shift: 7:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday during training (flexible with start/end time after training)
Responsibilities:
– Payroll validation (validating and approving rates)
– Billing (validating rates, approving, creating invoices, sending to customers)
– Data entry
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous Administrative work experience in a similar role
– Experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry is an asset
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
– Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Good customer service skills
– High attention to detail
– Strong organizational skills
– Able to work independently and as a team
– Able to adhere to strict deadlines
– Experience with TruckMate is an asset
