Blount Canada Ltd., a division of Blount International, Inc. is located in Guelph, Ontario is hiring full-time permanent production team members. The available positions are for the Afternoon and Midnight shifts.

Our team members work on various aspects of the production process for saw chain and guide bars for chain saws. Production Team members perform many tasks, including operating equipment, using computer systems to monitor operations, quality control, inventory monitoring and light equipment maintenance.

At Blount Canada, the health and safety of our team members and guests is paramount.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) including uniform, safety boot allowance, safety glasses will be provided to all employees.

With positive performance, Team members can increase their hourly rate from $21.90 to $27.40 in their first 12 months!

Afternoon shift 3:15pm to 11:45pm Fridays 3:15pm to 9:15pm

(37.5 hours per week, Paid for 40)

Midnight shift 11:30pm to 7:00am

(35 hours per week, Paid for 40)

We are looking for:

Candidates of diverse experience and backgrounds who have a mechanical aptitude, along with basic writing and math skills.
