OPPORTUNITY

Join a well-established, rural practice in Chilton, WI ï¿½ Ascension Calumet Hospital

4 surgeons in Appleton, WI for support ï¿½ Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital

Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery

Open to new grad or practicing physician

Endoscopy capabilities are requiredï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½

Call: take all call while in town, minimal night work, flexible schedule

Ability to become very busy quickly

FACILITY

Clinic hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PMï¿½

Schedule is flexible, but currently consists of:ï¿½

2 days of endoscopy

1 surgical day

1.5 days of clinic

0.5 day administrative time

Great support staff:

1:1 clinical support staff (MA/LPN)

Receptionistsï¿½

Strong primary care and sub-specialist support team in Appleton and surrounding areas as well as heavy specialty outreach to Chilton:ï¿½

Interventional Cardiology

Cardiothoracic Surgery

Interventional Radiology

Pulmonology

Etc.
