Job title: Physiotherapist – Surgery (General, Orthopaedic & Day Surgery)
Job description: Qualifications include:
- Licensed to practice by College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- 1 year of experience in orthopaedics preferred.
- Post grad courses in orthopaedics combined with strong theoretical and practical skills.
- BLS required (or willingness to complete within probationary period).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness as an interdisciplinary team member.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, good judgement and flexibility.
- Available to work weekends.
- Good time management skills.
- Satisfactory attendance record.
This position will provide support to both the 2M (General & Orthopeadic Surgery) and Day Surgery units.
