Essential Functions
- Data entry as required
- Assist with training material preparation and presentation using MS Office tools
- Circulate information (memos/articles etc) to office staff as required
- Work with management on special projects and quality assurance initiatives
- Maintains and updates all agency forms and online folders as required
- Ensure supply of agency forms and handouts for staff access
- Schedules staff meetings and educational sessions as required minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Inventory management including communication devices, clinical supplies, office supplies etc.
- Compile data to meet agency reporting requirements and deadlines
- Performs general office functions as required i.e. relief filing, reception, word processing, faxing, scanning etc.
- Work with an awareness of health and safety and cooperate towards improved health and safety conditions at work
- Physical Requirements Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time
- Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
- Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard
- Communication skills using the spoken word
- Ability to see within normal parameters
- Ability to hear within normal range
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to move about
