Job description: For those with an agronomic background combined with a love for the ‘iron’ side of agriculture, this is a position worth considering!

Our client seeks to combine plant, dirt, and data with machine to support third-party agronomists. Oversee a geographic region in east-central Saskatchewan as their Precision Agriculture (Optimization & Technology) Group Leader. You wouldn’t be taking on what to put into the dirt, but what to do with the technology. In this position, you will be the prime resource for allocated Key Accounts while leading and supporting your regional team of Agronomists and Precision Ag Consultants. Our client seeks a well-rounded team, not just one that focuses on equipment and technology

You will support internal department optimization efforts through the introduction of new technology and related training. They seek someone to cover their region with confident knowledge in agronomy, data, technology, equipment, and people management

To be successful , your 5+ years experience in agriculture or agricultural-related role combined with Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience is ideal. As mentioned, your advanced knowledge of current Agtech / FarmTech technology is required with hands-on implementation knowledge of precision agricultural optimization equipment.
