Job description: MANDATE

Lead all sales and promotional activities for Parts and Service for the Agriculture Business throughout Canada.

Motivate, and mentor the CSAs to achieve annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction is being achieved. This position will focus on the product support needs of Brandt customers to ensure we are selling and delivering all our product support solutions and offerings.

VISION

You are the key player in the growth and development of the Agriculture Parts and Service sales and margin. You need to work closely with the CSA’s, Branch Parts Managers, and Service Managers to execute Brandt customer programs. You will be the Brandt expert on Parts and Service on Agriculture products and will be relied on by all internal staff and customers for your experience and knowledge of these products and services. You will establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for the Agriculture Product group with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND MEASURES

  • Development and implementation of Strategy and Annual Business Plans
  • Achievement of Parts and Service revenue and margin growth objectives
  • Execution of Annual Business Plan goals

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for Product group to achieve sales and margin growth
  • Product Expert/Resource Communicator
  • Coach, Support and Educate CSAs as required on applicable products
  • Develop and Deliver training programs to develop CSA’s, Parts and Service Managers
  • Assist with CSA key accounts customer management
  • Manage Vendor relationships related to Parts and Service
  • Market Intelligence on competition, customers, pricing, and segment trends
  • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for CSA’s and branches.
  • Identify new product opportunities and work internally to supply
  • Promote sales of new & used parts
  • Promote sales of Service programs
  • Manage CSA Processes such as Call reporting, CRM, and target setting

Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

As a leader of Product Support Business for the Agriculture Business, the successful candidate must be dedicated to outstanding customer service, be well organized, have a proven track record in sales management and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a highly motivated team. A background in the Agriculture sector is very important. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in business, engineering, agriculture, or related experience. Candidates with a relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in relationship building and sales will be considered.
