Regional Product Solutions Director HEALTHCARE

Drives and manages the roll-out of Airfreight healthcare / temperature sensitive products in the region. This requires a cross-functional effort, from Operations, Customer Service to BD.

Responsible to ensure the suitability for Cold Chain infrastructure in the region.

Gathers and analyzes customer data to determine their needs and therefore to provide the best solution

Design temperature sensitive solutions in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders and propose the right transportation solution and support BD with the required expertise in order to help them win new temperature sensitive business. On BD’s request consult customer in regard to those services.

Support pricing teams or GTM with expertise as to the temperature sensitive airfreight transport solution and the costing of those solutions and technical transportation options to/from your region

Gather regional market intelligence in regard to product development and operations around healthcare &/ temperature sensitive products and feedback to Global Airfreight Product Development as well as the BD community

Implementation and coordination of any lease of cold chain equipment or purchase of any cooling devices in alignment with Global standards. Ensure that operational processes allow for timely return of rental equipment

Ensure that global SOP or Work Instructions for these products are embedded in the local instructions, that the respective training material is available and that the right number of staff have been trained according to the agreed standards as defined by Global Airfreight and Global Quality/Compliance

Close coordination with BizImp and Operations to ensure that new healthcare customers are on-boarded / implemented professionally in all operations sites of the region

Collect and analyze operational information and data in regard to temperature sensitive product operations on airports, at CEVA stations and gateways within your region. This data is to serve global Product Management such as for updating of a lane/risk management software, but also the local operations in your own region

Represent CEVA in the local healthcare ecosystem and develop relationships with the local airline pharma personnel, local packaging, and monitoring device representatives. Stay constantly up to date on developments and technical innovation in regard to active and passive cooling, the pros, and cons of the various packaging options. Share best practice with Global Product development as well as with your peers in the other regions.
