ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The project coordinator will be based on an industrial site in North Vancouver and will report directly to the Superintendent. This is a full time, permanent position and there will be opportunities to work on other sites in the future throughout BC and Alberta.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role you will be working day-to-day with the Project Manager and Superintendent ensuring the coordination of the project allows it to progress efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities will include:

• Draft and issue project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Document control.
• Liaise with sub-contractors.
• Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) warranty and close out.
• Logistics of materials in and out of site

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of relevant Project Coordination experience
• Previous experience working with a General Contractor or with structural steel.
• Industrial and commercial project experience
• Valid BC Drivers License

COMPENSATION

• $75,000 – $85,000
• 3 weeks vacation
• Annual discretional bonus
• Benefits 100% covered by employer
