We have an exciting opportunity for you to use your project leadership skills in this key role as Project Director, Virtual Health where you will design, plan and integrate, Hospital at Home acute service that aligns with provincial direction and advances Fraser Health’s “Virtual First” priority.

Build on your career experience as you:

  • Provide project leadership and make timely business decisions regarding project budget and resources.
  • Maintain control of project milestones and report on project progress and status.
  • Work closely with clinical and operations leaders, virtual health clinicians and other clinical and technology to identify and plan program requirements.
  • Review and integrate service delivery models, policy, clinical standards and operational guideline for assigned clinical services.
  • Provide strategic leadership in designing and developing a hospital at home service that reflects the dynamic nature of health care and virtual health, while optimizing patient experience, technology and opportunities for service integration.
  • Identify key strategies, provides oversight of implementation and lead stakeholders toward the achievement of project goals and charter.
  • Provide leadership in planning and developing integrated multi-disciplinary team of health professionals.
  • Strengthens care coordination and management of transitions between hospital care and community care.

We look for you to have:

  • Master’s Degree in Health, Business Administration or related field.
  • Ten (10) years recent leadership/management experience in complex health care project/program planning, development, integration and/or redesign.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

This is a Temporary Full-Time position with an approximate end date of April 30th, 2022. This position is located at our Central City Offices in Surrey, BC, an ideal location with access to rapid transit, on site-gym and shopping services as well as other amenities.
