Salary: up to $110,000 – $150,000

We are partnering with an established, very busy architecture firm in North York as they search for an architectural project manager for their busy commercial division. Projects including but are not limited to: warehouses, commercial buildings, logistics facilities, ad hoc projects, etc. The successful candidates will have 6+ years of experience within the commercial vertical and will have no problem overseeing several projects at once. You will also lead client engagements and help define project goals, schedules, budgets, etc. You will direct staff through all phases of the project, provide guidance on documentation, act as a QA/QC function, and will lead consultant coordination. You will be a strong technical leader with experience on site and will be happy reviewing shop drawings, etc. You will have:
6+ years of experience
People leadership skills
Track record of strong project management principles
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
Extensive experience coordinating with sub-consultants * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
