Hours- Monday to Friday: 8.00AM-5.00PM
Benefits- Medical, Dental + 3 weeks’ vacation
Salary- $75,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager from Condo Construction (Mid Rise or High Rise)
- Engineering Degree (Preference is Civil Engineering or Electrical) – Education is a nice to have – not mandatory
- Experience working with AutoCad, Enscape, Revit and Microsoft Project
- Experience working with Subdivisions in construction
- Proficient in Quickbooks and MS Excel
- Someone who is sharp and wants to learn and advance as they grow
- Excellent Communication skills
- Energetic and Dynamic Individual
- Prefer someone that lives locally and drives (not mandatory)
Job Duties:
- Day to day managing of the development and construction of mid-rise condominiums and custom residential homes.
- Preparing budgets, construction schedules, tenders, obtaining quotes, reviewing bids and contracts, health and safety concerns
- Overseeing and managing the daily activities of an active site
- Will check in at the site some mornings and then to the office (within same area)
- Office is a store front, classy location
Expected salary: $75000 – 90000 per year
