Job Description

Here is the purpose of the Project Manager position: * Lead the project team to success for new stick frame construction projects for the commercial sector

• Use value engineering to ensure all aspects of the project have been evaluated to determine if further costs savings can be taken advantage of

• Work alongside the VP, Kevin Morris, in developing and executing a metric driven QA/QC system to ensure your project team stays in front of problems within the project and all project milestones are met. (www.linkedin.com/in/kevinmorris97)

• Work with the senior leadership team to build and lead a top performing, client focused, project team focusing on stick frame construction projects throughout the Greater Ottawa Area.

• Exceed Bassi’s benchmark of client service and delivery by holding regular meetings with stakeholders involved in each project

Qualifications

Are you the right candidate? Here is how to tell. * You have over 5+ years of experience as a project manager focusing on new construction builds using stick frame materials

• You are looking to join an organization that is not only customer service driven, but an organization that is constantly looking to evolve their construction methods. (No more Excel!!)

• You are versed or driven to build a project team that is focused on QA/QC processes to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget and exceeds the client’s expectations

• You have successfully drove down project costs using value engineering and are looking to continue achieving these successes within your career
