Job Description

Due to our company growth, we are looking for a General Help candidate to join our dynamic team! We have various part-time and full-time positions open currently.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Take orders and serve customers
• Prepare coffees and other beverages
• Assist cooks in the production of menu items as assigned
• Record sales in the cash register
• Do the daily cleaning of the equipment and designated areas
• Perform any other tasks that may from time to time be requested by the supervisor (dishwashing, cooking, and cashier duties, etc.)
• Responsible for performing work according to safe work practices by learning the safe way to do a job and seeking instructions when in doubt
• Any other related tasks

Qualifications

About You

You are an experienced candidate who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.

During your mandate, you will be responsible for setting up breakfast and lunch, preparing the necessary cooking for the services while following the instructions of the chef manager, guaranteeing the smooth running of the services while following the instructions of the chef manager and ensuring the optimal use of the food. You will be responsible for maintaining adequate communication with other team members, always keeping your work area clean and ensuring that everything is done according to the health and food safety standards as well as those established by management. You will be required to properly identify and date all food items and participate in any other related tasks that may be requested by the supervisor from time to time.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous Tim Hortons experience preferred
• One to two years of experience required, functional knowledge of food preparation and knowledge of the environment/kitchen equipment
• Demonstrated ability for exceptional customer service, willingness to go beyond low requirements
• Ability to work under supervision and comply with standard procedures
