Purchasing General Clerk – Summer Term

Armstrong, British Columbia

Term – April 19-September 2, 2022

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8am-3pm

Reporting to the Purchasing Supervisor, the Summer Purchasing General Clerk will be responsible for the following:

• Run Cycle Count reports from JDE.
• Complete Count Counts of items in the warehouse.
• Data entry of count results.
• Verify results/discrepancies, troubleshoot by looking at past system transactions.
• Warehouse cleaning, relabel shelves/items.
• Creating, printing and laminating signs and labels.
• Contacting vendors to follow up on open orders, as directed.
• Other administrative and warehouse tasks, as directed.

What We are Looking For:

• Computer familiarity required (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Data entry experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs required.
• Aptitude for numbers, problem solving an asset.
• JDE (or other ERP system) experience an asset.
• Inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
