Job description: Receptionist – Part Time
We are looking to fill a position for a part-time receptionist, Sunday – Tuesday. We need a responsible individual with a winning attitude. Must be efficient, work well with others and have good phone manners.
Job Responsibilities
- Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business, and directs to the appropriate destination
- Obtain and process information required to provide services
- Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
- Record and relay information
- Data entry and emails
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
