We are looking for enthusiastic, customer service minded individuals who want to work in a collaborative, friendly and supportive environment. Join our team, one of the largest networks of Care Centres in Canada and help us shape the future of how Canadians engage with the healthcare ecosystem.
Under the direction of the Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, managing the front desk, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Here’s how
Greet clients and visitors in a polished, professional and courteous manner
Register clients and assist those who require it with the interpretation of various forms in the waiting room
Triage multiple files and prioritize daily tasks;
Receive payments from clients, record and update financial information in the system; basic accounting tasks;
Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders and confirm receipt of supplies;
Protect clients’ privacy by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information;
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting required changes;
Communicate accurate information to clients in-person and via phone/email;
Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic activities.
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a fast paced environment, providing a high degree of customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Very good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Strong organizational skills; multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative and good judgement;
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
