We are looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our Rosthern, SK branch for our Agriculture division (John Deere).

What does the role look like?

• General reception duties (ex. order office supplies, maintain customer records, filing, handle daily mail, daily bank deposit, process customer payments, answer and direct calls)
• Month end processing (reconcile petty cash + daily cash, upload reports to the Corporate office, update safety records, update OH&S safety boards)
• The opportunity to learn other roles in the dealership to support the branch!

• Working with our Sales Administrator, dealing with sales paperwork
• This position will be trained in our parts department as a back up to assist customers with parts
• This position will be trained how to create repairs orders and to assist in our service department as a back up
• Inventory tracking (DIT)
• Upload parts and service payables
• Create purchase orders for utilities and company credit cards, John Deere, petty cash and other vendors
• Send out customer statements for receivables
• Working weekends

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, reception or similar position

• Previous experience in a dealership setting or exposure to the agriculture industry would be a strong asset but not required!
• Proficient with using various software programs
• Demonstrated history of exceptional customer service
• Willingness to learn and help with other tasks

• This position will be trained to learn other roles in the dealership for support and is a great opportunity for someone who loves to learn!
