About the Opportunity
- Reconciles billing and payments postings to assigned customer accounts
- Creates monthly account statements and prepares them for management review
- Prepare and posts accounts receivable entries in ERP
- Communicates work volumes as completed and maintains detailed reporting
- Completes special projects assigned by the Manager of Finance
About You
- Post-secondary education in accounting
- Three to five years related accounting experience with preference given to those with accounts receivable statement reconciliation experience
- High volume charges experience is a definite asset
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service relations abilities, good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player that will think strategically and effectively when faced with difficult challenges
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail orientated with accurate data entry skills
- Experience with Microsoft CRM or ERP system
Hourly Rate
$27 – $29/hr
