YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Match the needs of our clients with the qualified resources of the market taking into account their context and their future prospects
  • Manage the entire staffing process in order to present the best talent to clients
  • Exercise an advisory role with candidates
  • Cultivate a large pool of candidates using innovative recruitment strategies

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience in digital and IT
  • Experience in a recruitment firm – an asset
  • Bilingual – French and English
  • Proficiency in computer software and social networks
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to manage emergencies and priorities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Energetic, motivated and a challenge seeker
