THP is offering the Investing in Our People Program, offering qualified RPNs the opportunity to take the Operating Room Certificate Program by paying for their tuition and their time while they attend the Program.
This program requires a significant commitment from both THP and the RPN. This program is designed for RPNs with a desire to learn and advance their skills. The incumbent is sponsored to complete the Operating Room Nursing Certificate at a College (identified by THP) which includes theory and lab based courses followed by a clinical placement that will be 12-14 weeks in duration.
