Job description: Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is a national leader in land development and residential construction. We are currently looking for a Construction Foreman to join our team in Cranbrook, BC. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for the supervision of construction activities on site while ensuring high standards and quality work.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in wood frame, residential construction
- Demonstrated knowledge of all building techniques, building codes, and safety regulations associated with the construction of multi-story apartment buildings
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural schematics
- Excellent organization and management skills to achieve time efficiency and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability in decision making and taking ownership of actions
