Permanent Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC: 0631)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time (Overtime, Weekend ) if required.

Vacancies: 1

Wage Rate: $24.00 to $ 26.00 per hour, for 37.5 hours per week

Benefits: Relocation expense will be covered by the employer as well as the first three months of medical insurance, if required.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Education: High School required, college diploma an asset.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Language: English

Ability to supervise: Staff in various area of responsibility.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations.

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Organize and supervise shifts.

• Recruit staff and train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.

• Should have ability to troubleshoot and take the initiative.

• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.

• Strong People Management and relationship building skills.

• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
