Stanley’s Restaurant in Park Pavilion is looking for a Part-time Seasonal Restaurant Server like YOU, to join our growing team!

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Server motivated by providing exceptional Guest service.
About You
As a Restaurant Server, you are an integral part of the team at the hottest spot in Stanley Park Pavilion, Stanley’s Bar and Grill. You are dedicated to supporting a seamless experience for our Guests and have high standards surrounding Guest satisfaction. You’re a people-person at heart and absolutely thrive in a team-oriented environment! As someone who has a focus on excellence in every detail and who takes great pride in their work, you stop at nothing to provide top-of-the-line customer service and an unmatched experience.
A Day in the Life
Deliver an outstanding experience for Stanley’s Bar and Grill Guests by providing exceptional customer service in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
Collaborate with the rest of the team including the back of house team and bartenders to ensure accuracy of orders, speedy service, and a fantastic experience!
Learn and maintain knowledge of our menus and accommodate any special requests to the best of your abilities.
Leverage your strong communication skills to relay important information to Guests and your team.
Assist with and coordinate restaurant set up and closing duties.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
You have at least 1-2 years of serving experience in a restaurant setting.
You have your Food Safety and Serving it Right certificates.
You THRIVE in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task with ease.
You have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and bring ALL the energy to work every day!
You’re dedicated to providing truly unmatched Guest experiences!
You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
You are highly collaborative and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
You have excellent interpersonal skills – you’re a true people-person!
You have a flexible schedule and are available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
