Job description: Pinnacle International owns and operates hotels and restaurants throughout Greater Vancouver and Whistler.
We are currently searching for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Service Manager to lead one of our casual upscale establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the team to create the flow of the dining room & speed of service.
· Hire and train the staff in all positions.
· Work alongside the chef to ensure the high qualify of food during all meal periods.
· Market the restaurant through creative strategies.
· Efficiently control ordering, supplies and inventory.
· Develop practices that improve food & beverage revenues.
· Creating a welcoming dining atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
· Performing additional duties, as assigned. Job Requirements/Qualifications:
· Must already possess necessary documentation to work legally in Canada.
· Minimum 3 years’ freestanding restaurant senior management experience.
· Outstanding ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions, both verbal and written.
· Keen decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Serving It Right & FoodSafe Certifications. Recommended Training:
