Job Summary
A crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of utensils and equipment, ensuring they are ready for the culinary team. Your attention to detail will contribute to the overall experience of our guests.
Essential Job Functions
Operate in a fast-paced manner to provide all areas of the restaurant with clean, sanitized dishwareMaintain quality and speed of output
Help maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Focus on hospitality with those around you.
Required Qualifications and Abilities
Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety practices
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Confident in working both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
