Job description: Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Regina location.

This position is responsible for providing sales support to our Field Sales Team and dealers to ensure that Brandt meets or exceeds the expectations of our global customers

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide primary support for Agriculture Region Managers and Territory Managers (Field Sales Team)
  • Assist Field Sales Team in locating inventory to fill retail orders
  • Facilitate inventory transfers to fill retail orders and manage field inventory as required
  • Assist Field Sales Team in quoting of equipment
  • Provide advice and support to Field Sales Team in determining specifications to meet dealer and customer requirements
  • Provide information on product feature and benefits to Field Sales Team as required.
  • Manage sales, product, and training information on the network for the Field Sales Team to access as required.
  • Assist the Field Sales Team by providing strong dealer support and quick response times to issues and opportunities
  • Ensure Field Sales Team are knowledgeable on details of order programs and respond to sales program queries
  • Manage and track Demonstration Programs and other sales programs as required
  • Interface with Order Desk and Order Fulfilment on verification of shipping schedules. Communicate to the field as required.
  • Provide input to Order Fulfilment on shipping priorities from the field.
  • Process and track Coop advertising program for dealers.
  • Provide support for dealer meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required
  • Provide support to the field on Dealer Portal as required.
  • Provide input on product configurator in the Dealer Portal
  • Track Lost Sales input from the Field Sales Team
  • Other duties as assigned
