Profile: Our client is a pioneer and leader in plasticulture in Canada and the US. They are looking to add a sales representative to their tight-knit team. The rep will sometimes be asked to go on customers’ work sites which may require some heavy lifting. You will be working with a small team therefore you will be asked to be involved in many different aspects of the sales process including but not limited to new business development, budgeting, forecasting, win backs and existing account coordination. If you are looking to make a difference, are versatile and like wearing many hats, this position will be a great fit. The company is also offering short-term growth into a management position.

Territory: Canada & US

Workplace: South Shore of Montreal

Products/Services: Plastic film

Salary:50,000$ – 55,000$

Commissions/Bonus:

15,000$-20,000$ on new sales
15,000$-20,000$ on existing accounts
Car allowance: Vehicle and gas card provided

Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

Functions:
Prospect new clients
Take care of in-house clients
Reach and surpass sales objectives
Enter customer orders in the system
Follow up on customer orders
Client visits (seasonal)
Answer client calls and emails in a timely manner
Work with win back accounts
Account coordination
Job Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 70% vs 30%

win back of existing clients
Road vs Office: 60% vs 40%

First 6 months learning curve will be spent in the office.
Languages: Bilingual

Education: Post-secondary education

Training: In house training

Overnight Travel: Little to no overnight travel

Years of experience: 5 years in a similar sales role
