Job description: Perform computerized bookkeeping;
Proceed to billing and collection of receivables;
Manage accounts payable and see to making payments on time;
Perform payroll registration and make monthly discounts;
Print the T4 / Relevés 1, T4A, T5 / Relevés 3 tax statements;
Manage communication with customers and respond to their requests or refer them to the person concerned;
Process the expense accounts;
Keep client files up to date;
Perform all other administrative tasks required by the position.
Administration or accounting training (DEP, DEC);
At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
Perfect command of written French;
Mastery of the MS Office Suite;
Knowledge of Acomba software – ESSENTIAL;
Knowledge of Xero software – an asset.

Expected salary: $40000 – 45000 per year
