Responsibilities:

  • Work to develop, support, and automate performance reports and dashboards to track performance.
  • Utilize data mining and analytics tools to effectively interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Collect, mine, analyze and report data from various databases and reporting sources.
  • Generate ad hoc requests to support a variety of business needs.
  • Build presentations and data visualizations to tell stories with data that convey key performance metrics and significant trends.
  • Present data reports and models to business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relative field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science or related is preferred)
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in analytics and/or business intelligence or related field
  • Expert level skills in Power BI and Excel are a must.
  • Communications skills and ability to create PowerPoints for executives is crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to read/write complex SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of relational database concepts (i.e. Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and strong storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
