In your role, you will:
–
Invest Bombardier’s liquidity
–
Hedge currency risk and interest rate risk
–
Ensure risk-related information flows in a timely and accurate manner
–
Advise internally on matters related to financial risk
–
Support corporate finance initiatives
–
Manage internal and external relationships
–
Develop and prepare financial reports
–
Take a lead role in the implementation and optimization of new treasury management system (Quantum)
–
Review and update risk management policies and processes
–
Contribute to the establishment of a carbon credit hedging program
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
– You hold a University degree in a finance-related field, possibly certificates like CFA, CTP, FRM, etc.
– You have 6+ years’ experience in treasury in a large corporate or in a financial institution
– You have above-average IT skills, knowledge of Bloomberg and Quantum are desirable
–
You bring analytical horsepower to ad-hoc analyses and can manage data quickly and efficiently
–
You are a strong team player and have the ability to think on your feet
–
You have attention to detail
–
You have a risk manager attitude
–
You are a good communicator
–
You have experience in training and supervising junior team members
–
You are bilingual – English and French
