Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance, the incumbent will work in partnership with operational leaders and the Business Finance partners in Employer Solutions to support strategic decision making. In this role, you will support the consolidated monthly reporting packages, forecasting and budgeting processes for the line of business, and assist with special projects.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytic problem solver that is intellectually curious and both process and system oriented given the large number of stakeholders and volume of information involved in most activities.

Please note: This is a one-month contract

Responsibilities:

Supporting monthly and quarterly close process with analysis for management reporting

Supporting compilation of monthly financial results and KPIs for ExCo, Board and LT reporting

Facilitating budgeting and forecasting process for the LOB: helping set calendar, drafting communications, proposing assumptions, etc.

Consolidation and analysis support for all budgets and forecasts for the service lines and LOB

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics concentrations

CPA or MBA designation preferred

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including two to three years in an FP&A role

Ability to learn quickly

Strong Excel, Word, and other MS office application skills

Able to work effectively across organizational lines and promotes an effective team-based environment with employees and management at all levels of the organization

Sets high standard for own work and ensures high quality outcomes are achieved

Strong attention to detail
